Vanguard QS-52 Quick Release Plate

The Vanguard QS-52 quick release plate comes with a standard 1/4" male camera screw thread, and also a locating pin for attaching to your camera or spotting scope.

Having more than one quick-release plate allows you to use more than one camera with your tripod, without having to constantly screw and unscrew plates from the base of your camera. Simply leave a quick-release plate on each camera (or zoom lens attachment ring), and you'll be able to switch between cameras in an instant.
