Delivery Information for Online Orders
Orders received by 2pm are normally dispatched the same working day. Delivery is free to mainland UK, but there will be charges for international and non-mainland shipping, dependent on location and weight of the item/s. International shipping is available, however please note that unfortunately delivery to the Russian Federation is currently unavailable due to constraints with our couriers.
Goods are typically dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL. Proof of postage is available upon request and you will be provided with shipping details at the time of dispatch. Most items will be received within 2-3 working days provided the product is in stock at the time of ordering. For mainland UK customers the option of next working day delivery is available at an extra charge of £4.99. Saturday guaranteed delivery is also available at an additional fee, please contact us should you require this service.
If an order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us. Special order items are subject to availability by the supplier and may take longer.
We are now offering a Collect In Store option at checkout for no extra fee. This will be available to collect immediately if stocked in the appropriate branch, either Cardiff or Newport. However if the item is not in stock in the selected shop for collection, there will be a delay while we transfer the item. Please contact us to find out which branch your item is available in, and how long it is until the item can be collected.
Returns Policy for Online Orders
Returns of unwanted items must be within 14 days of receiving the item/s.
If your item is faulty, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible on 02920 394182 or 01633 262738.
If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with a short cover note explaining the reason for return, your name, and a copy of your receipt. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Items that are returned to us in perfect unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund.
Any non-faulty item that has been opened or used will incur a restocking/repackaging fee of a minimum of 10%. This includes sealed boxes, or sealed accessories and manual/software included in boxes.
We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened, this includes batteries, memory cards, filters, paper and film.
