Delivery Information for Online Orders
Orders received by 2pm are normally dispatched the same working day. Delivery is free to mainland UK, but there will be charges for international and non-mainland shipping, dependent on location and weight of the item(s). International shipping is available, however please note that delivery to the Russian Federation and shipping of loose batteries internationally is currently unavailable due to constraints with our couriers. International shipping of night vision/thermal imaging equipment is also unavailable.
Orders placed over the weekend period (Friday after 2pm, Saturday, and Sunday) or on a UK bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Goods are typically dispatched via Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, or DHL. Proof of postage is available upon request and you will be provided with shipping details at the time of dispatch. Most items will be received within 2-3 working days provided the product is in stock at the time of ordering. For mainland UK customers the option of next working day delivery is available at an extra charge of £4.99. Saturday guaranteed delivery is also available at an additional fee, please contact us should you require this service.
When placing your first order with Camera Centre UK we may require it to be sent to your billing address/registered card address as part of our Buyer/Seller Protection Policy. If this is required we will contact you via the email address you provide at our earliest opportunity.
Goods purchased using our finance option must be sent to the address you provide the lender in your finance application. As such, we are unable to offer our Click & Collect service for any finance orders but you are able to visit our retail stores and apply there to take goods away the same day if successful. At present we are only able to use DPD to ship orders placed using our finance options as they are able to provide the delivery confirmation details required by the finance provider.
If an order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us. Special order items are subject to availability by the supplier and may take longer.
As well as delivery we also offer a Click & Collect option at the checkout. This will be available to collect immediately if stocked in the appropriate branch, either Cardiff or Newport. However if the item is not in stock in the selected shop for collection, there will be a short delay while we transfer the item. Please contact us to find out which branch your item is available in, and how long it will be until the item can be collected. When collecting your order please bring a valid form of photo ID and your order confirmation email for reference.
Delivery to EU countries
Due to the United Kingdom's departure from the European Union on 1/1/22 EU customers are liable to pay customs duty/taxes on any item(s) being imported to the EU from the UK. These are not additional shipping charges and are levied by your local government. Unfortunately we are unable to offer estimates on what these charges will be as they vary by destination and several other factors, however further information can be found about these charges by contacting your local government/customs office. In most cases these charges are collected by the courier prior to delivery.

Returns Policy for Online Orders
Returns of unwanted items must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Authorised returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of authorisation.
Returns of faulty items must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Authorised returns for faulty items are eligible for free return postage and must be sent back to us within 14 days of authorisation. Once your request has been approved a member of our Customer Support team will be in contact to arrange return postage. Please visit our Repairs page for information on what to do if your item is faulty outside of the 30 day return period.
Any items that arrive damaged, incomplete, or with missing components must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We strongly advise the inspection and testing of all items upon delivery to identify any potential issues, even if it is not intended for immediate use.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone (029 2233 7037).
If you wish to return an item please use our Return Request Form and allow up to 1 working day to receive confirmation.
Once you have received confirmation please return the item(s) to the address below with a copy of your receipt and a printed copy of the return sheet that we will provide. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.
All items must be packaged securely for return shipping. Damage caused in transit as a result of inadequate packacking may result in your return being rejected or a reduced refund being issued.
If the item you are returning is not faulty and has been opened, used, damaged, or is missing parts or packaging it will be subject to a reduced refund (minimum 10% deduction). This includes sealed boxes, or sealed accessories and manual/software included in boxes.
Non-faulty items that are returned in an unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund.
We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened; this includes batteries, memory cards, filters, paper and film.
Any additional shipping & handling payments are non-refundable for unwanted, non-faulty items.
