This cage from Leofoto is suitable for the Sony A7R MK IV. The slim rig cage goes around the camera in its entirety and fits perfectly to the camera. The Sony camera is secured with the UNC ¼-inch thread. The Allen key used to tighten the screw can be placed in the special recess in the frame. The cage is Arca-Swiss compatible.
