The core of the kit is the Spider X Accessory Holster V3, built from wear-resistant carbon fibre resin with a strong spring steel clip. It clips directly onto any belt and provides quick-draw access to cameras weighing up to 5 pounds, as well as a wide range of other photography accessories including off-camera flash units, light tubes, gimbals, selfie sticks, and binoculars. The same dual-position locking system found across the Spider V3 range is built in here too. Auto-Lock Mode secures the camera automatically as soon as the plate pin is inserted, while Quick-Draw Mode keeps the holster open for faster repeated access during active shooting. Switching between modes is fast and intuitive in the field.

The included Spider Backpack Adapter fastens directly to your backpack strap, or can be looped through the front of any casual belt, allowing the entire kit to be used in either configuration in seconds. The adapter features an elastic Velcro strap camera pad that holds the lens securely when not in use, preventing bounce during movement and protecting against scuffing. The Spider X holster can be removed from the adapter at any time and used on a standard belt independently, giving the kit genuine flexibility across multiple carrying setups.

The Spider Camera Plate V3 attaches via the standard 1/4 inch 20 tripod mount with laser engraved centre markings, anti-slip rubber pads, and a CNC stainless steel Anti-Twist Pin pre-installed with threadlocker. The removable Micro Plate section functions as a standalone Arca Swiss compatible tripod plate with an integrated QD socket, and two integrated 1/4 inch 20 mounting points allow tripod attachment without removing the Spider Plate. The built-in hex wrench is stored directly inside the plate for convenient access. Please note this product is not compatible with Spider V2 gear.
